Transportation

Transportation from Newark or JFK to Princeton

Car
Take NJ Turnpike South and get off at exit 9. After toll booth stay right and take Route 18 North about a half a mile. Then take Route 1 South for about 20 miles. The Palmer Inn (Charley Brown is the restaurant attached) is about a half a mile south of Princeton Market Fair. If you run into the Quaker Bridge Mall, you have gone too far.
Shuttle: the Princeton Airporter
This is a 20 passenger bus. Reservations required 609 587-6600 or 800 385-4000. The Princeton Airporter has a stop at the Princeton Hyatt and from there you need to call the Palmer Inn at 452-2500. They will have a van to pick you up in about 10 minutes. This service runs between 7:30 and 22:00. The assistant at the Hyatt normally will call them for you.
Taxi
The Taxi should take you directly to the Palmer Inn. From Newark, the cost should be about $75 to $80 and they only take US currency. This takes about 45 minutes to an hour. From JFK, the cost should be between $125 and $150. They take US currency.
Rail
There is a Princeton Junction stop on the route between New York and Washington D.C. It is about 1 hour from New York and two to three hours from Washington D.C. You can call the Palmer Inn and they will pick you up from Princeton Junction. There are also taxis available with a cost of approximately $8.00

Transportation from the Palmer Inn To RFB&D

The Palmer Inn Van holds about 7 people. I have booked this van to make two runs at 8:00 and at 8:30. It is actually about a 20 minute round trip. If necessary, the van could make three runs. You should meet in the lobby at 8:00 and the early birds will go in the first run.

Preparation

RFB&D has kindly offered to provide Braille versions of documents on request, and on site.
