Success Criterion 1.2.1

GVan

  • the "media alternative' selection was added as an exception to keep us from having to create alternatives to alternative in an endless chain.
  • Time based media was used since you can't have audio only multi-media.

Bruce Bailey

  • I recall some discussion about "unimedia" and about splitting this SC into 2.

Andrew Kirkpatrick

  • I remember a long discussion about "media alternative for text", but that there seemed to be support for it.
  • "time-based media" was a term raised to help extricate "multimedia" from the guidelines.
