Workflow
Every sprint, which is three weeks long, will be preceded by a week where the Working Groups gather requirements for the sprint. Each sprint is followed by a review phase.
- Findings from the review phase are the base for the next requirements phase.
- In the requirements phase, the working group participants can prioritize the work they think is important. Each work item will have a number of “story points” attached and a maximum number of story points are set for each sprint.
- In the review phase, participants from both groups review the work done in the latest work phase and give feedback for change. I will also have a look at the work I have accomplished in the work phase (for example if managed the story points well) and apply the gained knowledge to the next requirements phase.
