Observers

If a member wishes to bring an observer, the process is:

• Active working group participants would email the chairs to request bringing a non AGWG member to observe.
• Chairs would approve attendance for 1-2 meetings and coordinate to ensure only a single observer was attending a meeting
• The observer would confirm that they understand that they are observing only
• The requesting participant would introduce the observer at the beginning of the meeting
