Semantic Web Principles
    Partial Information

      - The Web is unbounded. The design of the Web fundamentally
differed from traditional hypertext systems in sacrificing
link integrity for scalability. A design principal of the
Semantic Web, therefore, of that there should be no
fundamental constraint relating what is said, what it is said
about, and where it is said. Anyone can say anything about
anything, and there will always me more to learn.
