Notice that the structure is hierarchical (tree-like):
- At top level: list of continents
- For each continent: a name + a list of countries
- For each country: a name + a list of provinces
- For each province: a name + a list of cities
- For each city: a name + a population size
- Names are arbitrary text (letters, punctuation, etc.)
- Numbers are written as decimal numbers
