- Non-cellular telephone wireless
- Power companies
- Satellite, both GEO (high latency), and LEO
- Data over 110/220 volts
- But... Cellular, CDPD is 9.6-19.2Kbaud
- With HTTP/1.1, text pages should be able to do as well as current 28.8 dialup
- Will this limit the content? Or will sites customize for low bandwidth?
