Editors note. This QA Charter template for the The QA Handbook will be identical in style, and similar in content, to the old OpsGL Charter template. It will have links coming to its appropriate sections from the appropriate places in the The QA Handbook, and its sections will link back to the The QA Handbook. It will use some of the content of the old OpsGL QAPD template, but that content will be re-ordered and revised better to correspond to the The QA Handbook. Other content of the OpsGL Charter template will be eliminated, corresponding to the elimination of old-OpsGL content in the new QA Handbook.
