ISSUE-296: alphachannel-based shape-outside property needs positioning and sizing
alphachannel-based shape-outside property needs positioning and sizing
- State:
- RAISED
- Product:
- CSS3 Exclusions
- Raised by:

- Description:
- Adding an alphachannel-based excluding shape to an element raises the question of positioning and sizing of that shape inside the element's content box. SVG-shape-based exclusions don't have this problem since they're based on coordinates...
Example: what happens if an element 200px wide and high specifies an alphachannel-based exclusions based on an image that is far larger and higher than 200px ? Or is 50x50px ? Where is "positioned" the exclusion ? Is it repeated ? Can it stretch ? - Related Actions Items:
