Subject: CSS WG

Hi Andrew,

I have two actions from the CSS WG. The first one is to report you the
discussion we had on tree-like styles. This discussion triggered a lot
of interest from the Group. Please find below the whole discussion we
had.

Second, you're an implementor AND an active member of the CSS community,
proposing new features for CSS and commenting on the ones the CSS WG
designs. Could your company join the W3C to be an official member of the
Group? That would help us a lot and your proposals would then be better
handled in the Group. Speaking more specifically out the tree-like
styles, we encourage you to submit a complete proposal, showing how
the vertical and horizontal lines of the tree would be styles and so on.
We don't think reusing outline-* properties is a good idea.

Best,

Daniel
