- Other ways of addressing the problem of big/over-cluttered diagrams
- Further take advantage of the properties associated with visual representations to offer better and easier-to-understand diagrams:
- By making a better use of the available perceptual dimensions (color, node shapes, font, etc.)
- By providing ways to filter information (e.g. hide properties considered as irrelevant for a particular task or shown in another way than the standard edge-node pair)
