I'm working for the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and I am Based in Sophia Antipolis. I am in charge of:

• Events planning
• Venue search
• Building and maintaining events budgets
• Contracts
• Logistics (registration form, meals, equipment...)
• Leading the W3C Events team
• Global staff travels
• Forecast
• Budget management
• Ensuring adherence to the travel policies
• Day to day travel operations coordination
• Membership administration
• Membership administration processes (development and maintenance)
• Managing membership administration central operational tasks (quarterly invoicing, maintenance of core member data)
• Producing annual budget forecasts
• Contributing to informative reporting on W3C Membership
