I sent an email inviting them to participate in Dublin (not listed here, but it was part of the action), and to ask about the meeting times. I've marked this as "pending review" because additional follow-up may be required.

Dear Madame Lata and Vijay Kumar,

I hope this message finds both of you well. It's been a while since we've had the chance to speak.

I have been asked to contact you with regard to the MultilingualWeb-LT project in order to extend an invitation to the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (Ministry of Communications & Information Technology) to sent a delegate to the upcoming MultilingualWeb workshop in Dublin, Ireland (June 11–13). Would someone be able to attend these meetings and participate in them? (See http://www.multilingualweb.eu/documents/dublin-workshop/dublin-cfp for the call for participation.) We would like to know if you plan to attend by next Tuesday (May 2), and if you would like to be considered for a speaking slot, it is especially important to submit a proposal by that time.

Also, can we do anything to make it possible for a representative from the Indian government to be involved with our regular teleconference meetings (which are currently held alternating between 14:00 and 21:30 India time on Thursdays)? We picked these times to make it possible for participants in India to attend every other week and for those in the U.S. to attend on the other weeks, but if we need to adjust the times somehow, we would consider doing so to accommodate your participation.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if we can do anything else or if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Arle Lommel
