ITS 2.0 schemas for validating XML files

The ITS 2.0 specification contains non-normative schemas for validating XML files containing ITS 2.0 markup. The XML schema files in that section of the ITS 2.0 spec have some issues. A replacement is linked from here. Note that this replacement is not normative or more definite than the schemas in the spec and may be updated at any time.
