httpd problems on Solaris part 2

just one some more info about the case:

I just could verify the following:

the server hung again and I checked whether there were any multiple
versions running (nobody and the like). There were none. What was even
worse was that when I killed the real daemon and restarted it one minute
later there was very soon (maybe after one minute) another hang.

HELP HELP
