treat FF (U+000C) characters as white space in SVG attributes?

State:
RAISED
Product:
SVG 2
Raised by:
Cameron McCormack
Opened on:
2013-09-10
Description:
In attribute syntaxes, white space is any combination of these characters:

U+0009 (Tab)
U+000A (LF)
U+000D (CR)
U+0020 (Space)

In HTML attributes and in CSS, it is all of those plus U+000C (Form Feed). Let's align with this.
