In section 3. TransformList Extensions, under
rotate(<rotate-angle> <nx> <ny> <nz> [<cx> <cy> <cz>])
An example showing what new construct would be equivalent to the old
rotate might help. (Other than rotateZ( <angle> [<cx> <cy>] )) I guess
