We have an erratum to unescape the “local” attribute on SVGColorProfileElement in SVG 1.1:

I was mistaken when I reported that issue. “local” is indeed a reserved
word in OMG IDL, and needs to be escape here with an underscore. I
think we should remove the erratum.
