ISSUE-2172: Use CSS 'white-space' instead of 'xml:space'

xml:space

Use CSS 'white-space' instead of 'xml:space'

State:
RAISED
Product:
SVG 2
Raised by:
Doug Schepers
Opened on:
2008-11-02
Description:
We should not be using 'xml:space' to affect presentation in addition to parsing. Consider using the CSS 'white-space' property (though this is pretty clearly HTML-specific... maybe new values?).
