The conference was planned for the convenience of the attendees. The sessions group papers of like topics into sessions of 90 Minutes per session. The papers are available on-line before and after the conference, and available in the printed proceedings. The time for a particular paper presentation is determined by the context, (2 papers in a session = 1/2 the time, 6 papers = 1/6 the time).
Each of the six Presentation rooms will have a large screen Barco projection system and a set of 3 machines (MAC, PC, SUN) for the speakers. A speaker`s preparation ( (Marriott room, Maine) will also contain a set of the machines.
