PORTING to bug for easier tracking
-----------------

Hi Doug, Jacob

I just noticed that the section about the 'select' event references the
definition of Document.getSelection() in HTML. [1] However, this has
been moving around lately, and has found a new (and hopefully permanent)
home in the HTML Editing APIs specification. [2]

Could you please update the note?

Thanks
Ms2ger

Done. Informative reference added and now referring to the correct spec.
