WST says: In any given request-response message exchange, the responses generated by the service server MUST use the same WS-Addressing namespace binding that was used in the request. This is a WSA issue, not to mention obvious. Unless we're going to say this in all RA specs (and dup WSA) I suggest we remove it.
Proposal: in case it wasn't clear, my proposal is to remove the text. :-)
