Description Katy Warr 2009-03-12 14:17:57 UTC
The faults in WS-Transfer and ResourceTransfer require some reconciliation.

In particular, the WST spec only defines one fault 'InvalidRepresentation' as a catch-all applicable only to Put and Create.

WS-RT provides a large number of faults which appear to have no grouping and
each one applies to a different selection of operations. For implementers, it would help to sort/group these faults. Additionally, it would be better if WST's faults were extensible and re-usable in order to ensure a consistent pattern across the 2 specs.

Detailed proposal in progress.
