Seems like we need to add a WebM-DASH section!

This appears straightforward:

- No changes in sections 2.1 or 2.2.

- Section 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 add language for WebM as already exists for MPEG-2 TS and ISOBMFF along with appropriate links to the existing WebM section.

Anything else you can see?

Yeah, sounds right. I would add a different column to the tables for WebM in sections 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 . Feel free to go ahead with this - I'm insanely busy these days.
