The section "Worker Script Caching" uses the term "MAY NOT", which is not defined in RFC 2119.  I'm assuming this is intended to be "MUST NOT" or maybe "SHOULD NOT".

The entire section containing the part has been deleted. Note that the document is currently being drafted and there might be quite a lot of changes as such.

As we decided to use Github issues instead of here, please file any further issues in https://github.com/slightlyoff/ServiceWorker/issues.
