the WebIDL spec suggests not to use float but double instead, unless there are specific reasons not to; given that I can't see any in our case, I suggest that frameRate should be defined as a double rather than float. In particular: * " float? frameRate;" in MediaSourceStates * "the type of the min/max values are float." * "float or MinMaxConstraint" should be fixed accordingly.
I realize this also applies to aspectRatio
