See It is simply not implemented. Should also make it clear what interface needs to be exposed, I suggest HTMLUnknownElement. (Same might be needed for HTMLBaseElement...)

(I made a typo above, I meant that we should clarify that <basefont> (HTMLBase*Font*Element) should use HTMLUnknownElement.)

What are we killing? The line in the CSS sheet? Or just using HTMLUnknownElement?

The line in the style sheet... that's just part of our heritage, you can't just kill that! :-|
