The user needs to easily differentiate between stable features, and those that may be in flux or proprietary. The actual categories we should use are being discussed (see bug https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=20386).

When we have those categories, if a given feature is *not* "stable" -- whatever we define that to be in the other bug -- the UI should reflect the non-stable status.
