Several datetime examples have fractional-second parts longer than three digits: http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/text-level-semantics.html#attr-time-datetime But the spec requires the fractional-second part to be "One, two, or three digits": http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/common-microsyntaxes.html#valid-time-string
