When Anolis uses lxml's HTML parser, we end up with encoding errors in the resulting output documents.
I have a patch and am evaluating the risk of applying it.
FWIW I've applied the patch and things appear to be better than they were.
Cool. Since you've already applied the change on the heartbeat branch, please resolve this bug when that changeset gets merged to master. Thanks!
