This removes a feature that is not compatibly implemented. This will apply the following WHATWG patch: https://github.com/w3c/html/commit/1f9a5cb6dff2ba15a47dacab02f9b70f81a7dc39 Comment: Drop addElement() since Gecko doesn't implement it right and nobody implements it at all.
