Description steve faulkner 2012-09-18 08:30:38 UTC
the following text and links it contains is innacurate and reflects the old HTML5 editing situation:

"The latest stable version of the editor's draft of this specification is always available on the W3C CVS server and in the WHATWG Subversion repository. The latest editor's working copy (which may contain unfinished text in the process of being prepared) contains the latest draft text of this specification (amongst others). For more details, please see the WHATWG FAQ."

suggest modification to reflect reality.

Status: Accepted

Change Description: In order to prepare the upcoming heartbeat draft while still acting in deference to the open status of ISSUE-151, making the minimal amount of changes to clear up inaccuracies as to where to find the latest stable version of the spec and our W3C feedback channels.

Rationale: Spec was inaccurate about where to find the latest stable version of the html5 editor's draft and our feedback channels.

Additionally, I've made some further updates to more accurately reflect the current sources, locations, and update cadences of HTML5 work:
