Audio-ISSUE-89 (DropSections): Drop sections 16, 17 and 19 [Web Audio API] http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/track/issues/89 Raised by: Philip Jägenstedt On product: Web Audio API The examples in section 16 aren't really helpful, they're just screenshots. This kind of material is appropriate for developer relations materials, but does not help the spec. (Also, a Quake 3 screenshot is used to illustrate Quake 2.) Sections 17 and 19 are effectively empty and should be dropped.
I agree we could and should drop sections 16 (Example Applications), 17 (17. Security Considerations) and 19 (Requirements and Use Cases). Section 16 is reasonably made moot by the large number of blogs and other resources for developers (and should, if anything, be adopted and published elsewhere by our dev community group). Section 17 is empty. Setion 19 is deprecated since we have http://www.w3.org/TR/webaudio-usecases/
Created attachment 1379 [details] Patch Remove sections 16,17 and 19. Update TOC.
