testGroup "all314" contains two instanceTests with name "all314.n03.xml" which makes "All.testSet" invalid regarding the unique identity constraint "ts:uniqueTestName" in "xsts.xsd". I think the name of the last instanceTest should be "all314.n04.xml".

WG agrees that this is most likely a typo.

These tests were fixed a while ago but the change was not committed. Now done.
