I particularly picked this section and didn't look at others because a of mime who thinks the event summary section of AppCache *isn't making sense* (well, a summary is just a summary) and I had to tell him that that section is only informational (non-normative) and he should look into the steps.

Consider this feedback as from a casual spec reader and feel free to do as you wish.
