Sections B.3.{1,2} (2) should read:

"if the value of the {fill,clear} interval parameter is a definite rate,
then the computed {fill,clear} interval is equal to the inverse of the
specified rate (in {fill,clear} units per second)"

the current language is semantically incorrect;
