ISSUE-421: Term "earlier" is ambiguous

Term "earlier" is ambiguous

Raised by:
Glenn Adams
Opened on:
The term "earlier" in

"TA is not greater than TB if A includes a p element that occurs earlier in the document than any p element that B includes"

is not well defined. If it means "lexically preceding", then say so.
