- Remove from IMSC1 the constraint that "if ttp:frameRate is specified, then the product of ttp:frameRate and ttp:frameRateMultiplier shall be the frame rate of the related video object", and instead rely on the formula mapping hh:mm:ss:ff notation to media time in TTML1 SE.
