Request:

Add additional text saying that an IMSC processor should process documents that contain elements or attributes in a "namespaces" not defined by IMSC or TTML.

The default behaviour is that these elements or attributes are ignored (provided via TTML 1.0), but it is important to mention this, as it may not be clear to users of the spec.
