- In Section 4.4, the second paragraph is a definition of a correspondence (a mapping). It must not use 'shall'. If there is intended to be mandatory behavior that involves use of this definition, e.g., on content or on a processor, then such content/processor usage/behavior should be made explicit in a separate statement of requirement.
