Description:

An element may be used whenever the AFD alone is insufficient to describe the extent of the image (i.e. AFD values 0000 and 0100). The Bar Data shall be specified in accordance with SMPTE ST 2016-1:2009 “Format for Active Format Description and Bar Data” Table 3.Ref:
