Consider adding a way to specify a specific, initial value for tts:color.

- At present, the initial value of color is implementation dependent. However, an author may prefer to specify a definite color for this purpose. To specify this, a ttp:initialColor parameter could be defined, e.g.,
<tt:tt ttp:initialColor="yellow"/>
