- 10.4 (4th bullet) : If the governing time mode is media or smpte with mode continuous, then time expressions must be interpreted as equivalent to offset clock values related to the associated media time line.
it is unclear what is meant by "related to the associated media time line". Offset times are defined with respect to the syncbase, which is dependant on the time container context.
