XSL-FO mapping is correct; however, existing procedure failed to take into account the affect of tts:displayAlign, which was an oversight in the original algorithm; corrected this by additionally inserting filler at beginning of body's corresponding fo:block, then tying the generation of filler(s) to the computed value of 'display-align' on the fo:block; add this usage (and also fix typo in comment syntax) in Example XSL-FO document in 9.3.4;
