Interesting trivia note, at one time Gerald Oskoboiny's W3C
HTML Validator (validator.w3.org) was giving out "Valid HTML!"
buttons with HTML example snippets which included BORDER="0"
for HTML Strict -- which meant that once you put the suggested
code on your HTML Strict page to show it was valid, the code
was no longer HTML Strict!  (The border attribute is defined
in HTML Transitional, not Strict.)
