Interesting trivia note, at one time Gerald Oskoboiny's W3C HTML Validator (validator.w3.org) was giving out "Valid HTML!" buttons with HTML example snippets which included BORDER="0" for HTML Strict -- which meant that once you put the suggested code on your HTML Strict page to show it was valid, the code was no longer HTML Strict!
