RiccardoAlbertoni: What is the strategy for DCAT ?
… for example transferring the issues to the new repo

FranckC: Discuss it offline or arrange a separate, dedicated meeting.

Membership of task forces

<FranckC> https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/dx/task-forces/

FranckC: Check the URL above.
… as DQV will start later, there is no dedicated task for it.
… I will send an email to remind people to join their preferred tasks.

<nicholascar> Hi everyone, Nick here. Sorry I can't join on video/audio as I have another one-off meeting now, as does RobA. Les is unfortunately in hospital, so clearly can't join.

<nicholascar> My only q is for pchampin: have we done all the technical things you require for Respec for the PROF FPWD?

<Zakim> LarsG, you wanted to add nick

<FranckC> arc Dan

LarsG: Nick is missing from the profile task force.

Dan: I am interested in joining some task forces and will do so after the meeting.

Organization of future activities (task forces / plenaries)

FranckC: I discussed with PA the best way to organise future activities.
… any opinions

Dan: One week for task force meetings and one week for plenary sessions.

RiccardoAlbertoni: If the plan relies only on reporting every two weeks / three weeks, there is a risk that people outside the task forces would have difficulty following the progress. The risk is that people who are not in the task forces would have difficulty following the progress.

annette_g: Have a total of one meeting per week, either plenary or in sub-groups.

<RiccardoAlbertoni> At the same time, we cannot have many cuncurrent task forces meeting in the same week . so I do not now how to balace the efforts

FranckC: In the beginning, we should not leave more than two weeks between plenary meetings. Task forces can have their own slots in the meantime.

Dan: Regarding task forces, who is in charge of each one? I think this is the first step.

FranckC: Each task force may appoint a facilitator.
… This is done for DCAT; RiccardoAlbertoni is the one, and each task force can do the same.

Dan: How is the choice made?

FranckC: The first meeting of the task force can be held without a facilitator. At this meeting, each task force should elect one.

Dan: Ok

RiccardoAlbertoni: There is one facilitator, but the task force is traditionally managed by the editors.

annette_g: Some task forces are small, so having a facilitator would be unnecessary.

RiccardoAlbertoni: I believe it is essential to have a facilitator be able to organise and start meetings.

FranckC: I will check with PA and report back at the next meeting.

FranckC: anything else to discuss?

LarsG: I would like to add an item to the agenda for the next meeting.
… We need to contact the IETF regarding Conneg-P. I know PA has tried to contact them, and I would like to know what the status of that is.
