<Garret> Next steps for this are too investigate if changing woff2 magic number and/or flavour can be used to have legacy clients reject the font. If we are able to use flavour to get rejection then it may make sense to stick with font/woff2 mimetype whereas if the magic number needs to be changed that may point towards a new mimetype. Will need to revisit

<skef> We also said we would consider the question of a novel file extension for the unencoded file, possibly either something with "ift" in it or "itf" to match "otf" and "ttf". If the WOFF2 flavor change works well, that flavor can be the magic number for the unencoded file and correspond to the file extension.
