Meeting minutes

Test Plan Review Status

<Joe_Humbert> Matt_King Instructions to and from Tugce Tuncay

Matt_King some topics might need to be punted

Matt_King changing in testing status. All test plans out of all 21 in candidate review phase have JAWS 2025 results

Matt_King this will help with JAWS 2026 upgrade and minimize human intervention for report updates to the new version of JAWS

Matt_King numerous test plans need results for older version of NVDA 2025.2. Going to skip this version and hope to get updates for test plans with NVDA 2026 version

Matt_King also missing older results for VoiceOver 15 results. Going to skip these results as well

Matt_King hoping to have updated results for all automated bot testing by end of summer

Matt_King next for candidate review would be Grid that is currently going through manual testing

Update on infra engineering training

Matt_King Infrastructure engineering training sessions have been completed. Switching to paired programming model with multiple group members

Matt_King trying to get group members to help volunteer with engineering work that was paid for by funding. The funding is no longer available

Draft review of minimal data grid test plan

Matt_King status update on manual testing

Dean has started testing. Test 1-4. Test 3 and 4 did not match bot results for VoiceOver

Matt_King bot was using 15.6.1

Dean says test 4 is untestable. keys are not responding

Matt_King lets test it right now to check for problems with the test itself

Dean: correction test 3 has issues

Matt_King is reviewing test. The output looks resonable

Dean: bot output has not been changed. Dean was waiting for OS update to retest. Focus is jumping to possibly incorrect place

Matt_King: the focus jumps to a cell which seems correct

Dean: no response for VoiceOver with keystrokes to test

Matt_King Are your function keys enabled?

Dean: that is probably the issue

Matt_King make sure to change the recorded version if using an updated version

Matt_King Elizabeth have you had a chance to work on it?

Elizabeth: no. I will later this week

Matt_King next two topics will try to be updated over email

Joe_Humbert: I will test over the next few weeks
