debbie: should we emphasize that submissions don't have to have been presented at the workshop
… we do say that but maybe we could emphasize it a bit
debbie: do we want some kind of graphic?
… we don't need an infographic
… but in the intersts of time, we should go ahead and send it.
gerard: should I send the draft Call for Participation to Jean Claude?
debbie: yes
gerard: will also send to Paola, Kristiina and Bhiksha Raj

debbie: not sure what to do about Paola if Zoom doesn't work, maybe use the phone number

debbie: next time we can discuss Jean-Claude's comment and guest reviewers
