reviewing conformance test suite development.
Scott: raised an issue about possible client misbehaving for issue 23, Garret will look into it.
Vlad: is there an estimate on how long remaining tests will take?
Garret: very rough estimate maybe ~6 months, progress has been really good but current development has been mostly on the easy issues so some of the remaining ones may require more work.
Vlad: so for now we can aim to be done ahead of the next tpac.
IFT Encoder updates

Garret: presented updates on ift encoder development and some stats gathered from runningthe encoder on open source fonts. Presentation will be shared with mailing list.
